The bull is then weakened by spears. Finally, with the blow of trumpet the matador enters into his fight with the bull by dedicating the bull's death to the crowd or the president.

The most interesting part of bull fighting is faena. In this phase of the event you will find the matadors proving his skill and valor. The aspect of faena continues still the matador proves his triumph over his opponent. The death of the bull marks the end of the fighting.

Although bull fighting gained popularity among the people of Spain yet it was also banned by King Felipe V. But bull fighting regained its popularity and finally rendered as one of the popular Spanish events.
